Join art therapist Amy Van Dongen for collage open studio select Fridays!
Join the club! A space for creatives to connect, collage together and be inspired. Each session starts with a collage inspiration provided by Amy, something to start from if you want. There is lots of space given to dive into your own art practice. No experience required. All supplies included. This is meant to be a space to get back into or keep up with your art making practice. As well as a space to explore new mediums and try new things. When we work on our own it can be challenging to hold ourselves accountable to our art practice and having a weekly meetup could be the perfect space for you!

TapIn Creative Safe Space for Teens
Fridays during the school year, except Pro-D Days
at the ArtHouse at the Lake Country Art Gallery
3:30-5:30 PM

We offer a drop-in wellness program where participants can access self-awareness through the creative process. This is an Open Studio where all supplies are included.
TapIn is offered on Fridays from 3:30-5:30 pm. This program runs during the school year.
Cost is supported by sponsors and by donation to allow for barrier-free access to participants.
Led by Amy Van Dongen an Okanagan based artist & Registered art therapist who holds a Fine Arts Degree from University of Waterloo and a Graduate Diploma from the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute.

Expressive Arts Nights

I offer workshops for teens and children that have lost a loved one. Directives range from art as therapy to a more reflective process. I offer a directive with the intention to look inward, reflect on the grieving process, and promote relaxation, release through the arts. These workshops happen bi-monthly. Please contact directly to find out about current offerings. Free workshops for members regisered with Central Okanagan Hospice Association.
