About Me
After receiving a Fine Arts degree from the University of Waterloo, I continued my studies at the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute where I recieved a Post Graduate Diploma in Art Therapy.
I work with a variety of populations and am thrilled to offer healing and growth through the the creative process. I work with individuals in a one-on-one setting. I also facilitate groups where individuals can heal through the power of connection and universality. Inquire about custom workshops, Art Therapy 101 sessions, staff celebrations, staff relaxation sessions and more.
I strive to offer a safe space for individuals of all ages to express their emotions and explore their creativity through art and build skills that support their every day life. Helping you touch into your inspiration.

Qualificaitons
​As a registered art therapist, I am a member of the Canadian Art Therapy Association, (CATA). I have completed a postgraduate training program at the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute. This includes supervised clinical hours, personal therapy, theoretical and experiential learning, as well as a completed thesis on Art Therapy and Early Onset Dementia. I continue to receive supervision, seek professional development oportunities and remain in accordance with the CATA ethics and standards of practice.
